My name is Stefan Schrinner and I am an Interim Manager with proven success in themanagement and optimisation of global supply chains.
When costs need to be reduced, restructuring is inevitable and companies find themselves in a crisis situation. When a new direction, a transformation or a change project is called for. Or when a company enters uncharted waters in localisation or globalisation projects. Then I`m the right person to be called.
In my management role I take over implementation responsibility at management level (C-level: COO, CPO), divisional or departmental level, or as a Project Manager / Programme Manager. The following applies regardless of the level at which I work: In interim management mandate, I am always a bit of a consultant and sparring partner.

I found Stefan Schrinner to be a confident, pragmatic and completely human manager. "We're playing Champions League!" was the mantra in our team, which helped us to celebrate great successes. There was plenty of praise, as well as criticism. However, the latter was always direct, factual and constructive. Areas of responsibility were clearly defined and systematically required across all departments. Stretch targets were accepted or passed on with a sense of proportion and realism. Thanks to this culture, there was an exceptional spirit of motivation in our team to work hard, have fun and, in particular, achieve success!

I had the opportunity to work closly with Stefan for more than 3 years during my role as head of GIS business in India. Stefan was then the head of global procurement. I have been highly impressed with his professional approach, deep technical knowledge and immaculate focus on the granular details whilst ensuring that he is pragmatically linked to the bigger picture.
He is a great human being always willing to support and goes that extra mile when it comes to his close associates.

Professionally, of course, I cannot objectively judge Stefan. However, I believe that his 30 years of international SCM experience speak for themselves. Having said that, I can rate the working relationship I had with him: it was exceptional in every day! It was a lot of fun, he approached things constructively, made decisions and everything was essentially a “shot on target”. Kudos! I would bring him into my company right away as an Interim Manager!
